Oct 30, 2017 Well i guess you're stuck in the past. That statistic is 2013 ending updated, in fact mmlp2 sold over 3.8 million worldwide at the ending of 2013. Now mmlp2 is 4x platinum certified in US. Recovery, as forbes said, is still 3x platinum, but has sold over 6-7 million copies in US, it has to be updated
Oct 30, 2017 list is wrong recovery didnt sell 15 million, maybe 8 or 9 at best relapse maybe 5 million
Oct 31, 2017 I don't know about that. But no way it has sold 6-7 million in US. Curtain Call sold 7 millions lol. not wrong. Just because they sold very little in US, doesn't mean they sold little worldwide too. Relapse sold like h--- ww probably because it was the first album after years and people outside of America probably didn't really get disturbed by those accents like Americans. Recovery was a monster, no doubt it sold 15 ww.
Oct 31, 2017 Yes but Curtain Call, until like 5 months ago was still 3x Platinum, because Labels have to pay to updated on Riaa. They did and so Curtain Call results to be 7x platinum. Same thing Recovery, it's 3x platinum but the last update was on 5,7 million copies sold in US. I reckon it's 7 platinum, for sure
