Sep 2, 2017 You just thinks it's funny because U can't understand wtf he's talking about - coz he talks in tongues - only some decipher that frequency - bite me
Sep 2, 2017 Shady XV wouldve beena better reference but ya may be his last and he wont actually say he's retiring...just will do features and produce
Sep 2, 2017 what is not to understand? For the record I like the song I just dont think its close to his best
Sep 3, 2017 the next album will be the last in his career. it will be named ENCORE II or Curtain Call 2
Sep 3, 2017 You have 'confirmed' a long list of things, which have either been proven wrong or never happened, so your reliability is obviously questionable.
Sep 3, 2017 Eminems last album should be called "Emfinite" it should be 1 disc of all freshly recorded tracks. And disc 2 should be 98-03 unreleased tracks. And then he should just retire
Sep 5, 2017 Well, First of all we never know because - Encore was going to be his last album and that was now nearly 13 years and 4 albums ago. Secondly, I think a large part of it depends how the album is received. Em is stubborn and I don't think he would or could retire unless he really felt 'he did it' one last time and delivered something jaw-dropping to rap. We can all quote the similarity between MMLP1 + 2 Metacritic scores but that just shows how stupid it is because we all know MMLP2 is nowhere NEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR MMLP1. It's like a piece of dog s--- vs. sex or something, it's just laughably far apart artistically. And I think he knows that. I think this is what's happened and what Em has gone through: Encore - bored, silly, getting high, had already achieved the impossible of 3 classics in a row, maybe started to believe his own hype a little, got complacent and stupid and put out a dud. Relapse - knew he had to come back hard ; content wise and with his skill, he has said many times he knew he was being laughed at for falling off and he obviously knew Encore was turd, lyrically and rap wise, effort-wise etc. after the fact compared to previous work. So, he put all his effort into being as crazy as possible and as lyrical as possible to try and get back to his original glory. 50 said back then Em wasn't releasing s--- unless it was his 'favourite s--- ever'. I really think Em thought "I've done it. This is my 4th classic" and loved the s--- out of Relapse, like many of us still do. But then he releases it and gets 'Meh' back from most mainstream fans, critics too, it was ahead of its time in style. So now he s----s himself like f---, my comeback was a failure, Jay-Z part II... Probably scrapping his best album @ R2 and rush creating a 'by the numbers' trendy, formatted, compromised, desperate, hit chasing album with Recovery : trying to just deliver everything he thinks people want in this album. The dust settles on Recovery and again 'Meh'. So now he's probably like 'Okay wtf. I tried crazy and super skilled... no good. I try trendy and popular... No good. Okay let me just try and figure this the f--- out, really give fans what they want, they want MMLP... Which I've tried to create in a way twice 'in the spirit of' with Relapse & Recovery (aggression, even though it was compromised) and got sh---ed on. Let me just go ahead and f---ing do exactly that... MMLP2 - Takes quite a long time on it, hence crafting in his words HUNDREDS of f---ing songs for it, at this point probably so artistically insecure and f------up he has no idea what's good or bad in his head anymore, despite being so skilled, like Dre with Detox. So he spends forever over-thinking it and creating a gazillion tracks, only to take his eye off the ball with sonic cohesity and put out a mixtape. AGAIN! He gets 'Meh'. The skill is acknowledged, critics like it a bit more but Em ain't stupid and he draws his opinion of his output from real fan output, in 2015 saying "If I do make another album, I need to approach it the right way" or something similar, another hint he knows MMLP2 again missed the mark, so maybe he really took some time to live, use side projects (Shady XV and Southpaw) to put out a gazillion song styles and test fan reactions risk-free and really, really think about this... He now has more 'meh' received output than well received output, in terms of core hip-hop and his core fans and he knows it. So, whatever he's come up with now - unless it hits like POW - no if's, and's or but's and everybody is clearly like "This is f---ing magic", I don't think he will ever stop until he gets that, as he's putting in so much effort and taking his skill to such unseen heights and still not achieving what he wants. I actually don't think he gives a f--- about sales, money, fame etc. I think he appeases Jimmy n s--- and compromises, but the fact he's still going so OTT with his skill and his response after each album (... "What good is a f---ing Recovery if I fumble it") is a sign he doesn't give a f--- about all that - he wants the WOW reaction and he hasn't gotten it 4 f---ing albums in a row. Unless he gets it, I think he'd rap until he was f---ing 100.
