    I actually just took a job to be the Food Service director for a healthcare outpatient facility, but for the past year I've been out of the industry.

    My favourite homemade dish is beef stroganoff, I’ve started making it with rice & much prefer that combo.

    Yeah If you ever manage to come to Vienna you should definitely visit a good classic Viennese coffee shop and order coffee and sachercake. For lunch visit a restaurant and enjoy all the different kinds of austrian kitchen. And of course Doner Kebab, the best turkish food import to ever grace middle europe is available at every corner.

    Beef & sauce over the rice, if you make the sauce with creme fraiche instead of sour cream it thickens out so it’s not drowning the rice lol

    d--- that duck looks phenomenal. I don’t eat it enough, it’s a very underrated meat in my opinion.
