yes i know, it's fox news. But regardless it is mostly just facts and interview quotes.

Honestly imo even if Hillary didn't do anything bad with the sever (which we don't know if she did or not) I hope she gets indicted because you can't tell me in her whole career she hasn't done anything illegal lol.

i don't want her to be nom, but that is just as reprehensible as anything she might have done. you can't just indict someone because they might have done something wrong at some point. if that was the case, politicians would be indicted left and right

What I find funny about the email situation is that it's about whether or not Hillary intentionally or unintentionally compromised sensitive data on a private server. We know that Russian hackers have now got emails so yeah it doesn't matter if it was intentional or not, she still f----- up. We also know that china attempted to hack the server as well. She deserves to be prosecuted criminally and tis is another reason that the democrats SHOULD NOT nominate her. She will LOSE to Trump.

But even if someone doesn't have malicious intent during the commission of a crime isn't the law still being broken? I didn't think ignorance of the law was an excuse. With that being said I don't think this whole email s--- holds much wait, and I doubt there will be any charges brought against her.

Because the law specifically states "with intent or reason to believe." With no intent, there's no proof that she violated this section of the law.

Uhhhh this investigation has been going on for months now and they haven't even found evidence to indict her. How am I the one being dense? The law is the law.

because she still did something wrong. whether or not it was intentional or not shouldn't be the issue. And people that defend her on this are pathetic. She compromised data and some Russian hacker now has a lot of sensitive material. It shows a complete lack of judgement on Hillary's part but im not too surprised with her anymore. She's probably going to survive this because shes too important for the democrats.

When the law specifically states "with intent or reason to believe," yes, intent completely matters. If you don't like the way the law is written, take it up with our legislative body. Also, you are aware that during Clinton's tenure, it was completely legal for her to use a non-government working email. She's not the first Secretary of State to do this either.

Lmao and you're trying to paint me as the bias one? What exactly are you hoping for out of this? That Clinton gets indicted for breaking a law that doesn't exist?

And what kind of conspiracy theory bs is this? Lol

HOW are the democrats protecting her? If she was truly guilty of any wrong doing, don't you think the Dems would have separated themselves from her a long time ago to save face for this election?

I'm fully convinced you have no idea how our justice system works. Should all the other politicians who've used non-government emails be punished too? Be honest with yourself for a second, you didn't give a s--- about what email a politician used until Clinton did it. That's partisanship for you though.
