    GKMC and TPAB are great.
    But ATLiens alone is flawless.

Gotta go with OutKast. Their first 3 records are untouchable imo, each is absolutely amazing in its own way: Southernplaylisticcadillacmuzik was a start-to-finish amazing album that perfectly captured the vibe of 90s atlanta rap, ATliens was one of the most interesting, creative, weird, left field southern rap albums to come out in the 90s, & Aquemini was just a big ol soulful, harmonic, majestic masterpiece.

Don't get me wrong, this takes nothing away from Kendrick though. Section 80 was a great debut, GKMC is the best concept album in the modern era of mainstream hip hop IMO, & TPAB is one h--- of a creative & impactful concept album, really made quite an impact on music (& on many people in general), inspiring major artists like Dr. Dre, David Bowie, etc. So his first 3 are really no joke either, but i still gotta give it to 'Kast
    :idk:

I think I'm going to go with Kendrick on this one. ATLiens & Aquemini are amazing, but I don't feel like Southernplayalistic matches the level of the two that followed it despite the fact that it is a great album.
I think Kendrick's first three are fantastic and just beat Outkast's first three for me. Of course, I've experienced Kendrick's growth as it has occurred whereas I've had to go back and research Outkast's older work. This may have skewed my decision slightly, but hey, you can't choose when you're born.

Never been a big fan of OutKast. To p---- A Butterfly wasn't consistent to me but songs like These Walls, Alright, King Kunta, Blacker The Berry are flawless to my ears. Like listenin' to them even more than any Kendrick songs from Section.80 or GKMC and any Outkast albüm mentioned above.
