zidane is a f---ing knob, I've been saying since the 60th minute that Asensio and Bale should have had entered the match. Isco was gassed up, if he had done that Real would have scored 2 more goals.

Naah Psg were just s---. They had no response to Modric

It's literally what the world was outraged about with the Suarez penalty last year. PSG should learn to not have s--- defenders that give away cheap penalties.

I 100% think that Suarez sold that penalty too. I was shocked when the ref awarded it.

Haven't posted here in awhile but here's what I observed from yesterday's blockbuster:

Revisionist history be d---ed, it was a very even game up until the subs. A lot of intensity and an interesting game plan by Zizou for starting out with the midfield diamond--clearly meant to hold possession more and expose PSG's lack of def mid/deep lying mid (Lo Celso dispossessed leading to dangerous free-kick location + inexperienced pk foul) by pressing higher, that way their two biggest threats out wide had to come deeper to receive the ball. The issues are of course when they break the high press and Neymar-Mbappe are left with the 1v1s; Neymar's ability to s--- in defenders should have punished us more but luckily he decided to go Hollywood in certain possessions.

One thing I saw coming since Real's 1st half evisceration of Deportivo last week was our 442 to dominate the wide spaces and play fast vertical balls, the moment Emery decided to throw in another full-back to dominate our flanks and push the midfield lines up pretty much played into Zidane's risky strategy. The 442 with Asensio & Vasquez came in and effectively tore through their lines + shut down the wide threats.

Overall huge win for us, PSG lack of authority and that drubbing in the Camp Nou might really be an institutional killing game, will be interesting how they play in the return.

Leaning into a tackle with an arm into the next/face is a foul anyway, even if it's not that much. Ye suarez dived but technically it's still a penalty. But sometimes you gotta dive to be awarded a legit penalty. I've seen messi not dive and not be awarded legit pen's before.
