Figured so, they like to outnumber people in the middle (Sarabia/NZonzi/Vasquez or Banega) and with United's recent midfield struggles I felt this would be a struggle for Mou--especially if they get trapped by a high press.

1-1 is a fair result. Willian's long range shooting was the ONLY real threat Chelsea provided because of poor cover . Pique in particular was too Solid.

Problem for Barca was Paulinho simply being technically inferior and our attacks (being against a 11 man defense most of the time) were being broken down by poor touches from him or Suarez. And it was harder to use the wide areas because Bridge is a compact pitch (compared to the Nou camp).

I don't think the goal we scored is luck, so much as Chelsea being unable to play above their own level for 90 mins. Because while chelsea will get tired from all the horse running, Barca will be Barca for 90+ mins . anybody can throw 11 men behind the ball. If you can't maintain that tightness for 90 Mins then you simply aren't a good enough defensive team to earn a shutout. Pique and Umtiti had to deal with ALOT more and still only conceded 3 good shots from Willian. Messi only needed one. It's just about all round Quality.

Also who was the Moron that said Kante is better than busquets lol. Busquets was jogging around the pitch while Kante was running his a--- off. Still made more interceptions and tackles than and had like 100+ passes to Kante's 8. And he didn't even break a sweat.

Prem Midfielders nowadays on average are Garbage compared to La Liga's. Even Washed up shitbag ever Banega was running circles around Utd.

Well yeah it's possible. Just unlikely. I mean apart from playing at home on a more comfortable pitch, Semedo will return and Dembele will be back to full fitness. Barca at home are a different monster

Nothing is unlikely when two great teams play eachother

Its not like its City vs Basel or anything. Im also not saying I expect Chelsea to win, but it wont be easy by any means for Barca
