We don't care about football, we just have a national team which is getting rekt in every tournament, and mls exists to give huge contracts to 40 year old european players :kappa:
We have the best athletes in the world in the 2 sports that I watch :kappa:
    Vintage euro hate :kappa:

they were pretty good in last years world cup. the same coach got Germany 2006 with a pretty bad team (for german standards) in the semi-finals though :;'(:.

Klinsmann is a god, but they had an easy group stage and the immediately lost to Belgium after that. Their highest achievement ever is finishing at 8th place, in 2002, and they only qualify for the gs consistently since 1990.
In the Olympic Games they are close with China in the 2 most recent tournaments, in 2008 China had more gold medals, last time usa got more. No one denies that usa has great athletes and great facilities, but posts like these are r-----ed.

    I wouldn't compete for something if I didn't care for it, but that's a nice cop-out.

I hope you guys who are calling it boring aren't just saying that cuz of the low score, games with a low score can still be very exciting.

Big Mitch You never made me ran once

Words cannot describe how f---ing amazing it is to line up as a safety or linebacker and hit the correct gap and just lay someone out... Dammit I miss it. I never played a lot of soccer, so I may not have the best opinion, but when it comes to playing the two sports, American football is probably more fun. That being said, I've gained a lot of respect for soccer over the years and have become a fan of the game. I'm still learning it though. I would just rather watch a football game over a soccer game because 1, I played it. 2, I have watched it my entire life. 3, the hits.
