Dec 15, 2016 not sure, i was too young, but future speaks only in factual form so this gotta be legit
Dec 15, 2016 Pac and Biggie were still on top and it was Jay's debut, so this isn't exactly shocking if true.
Dec 15, 2016 Hov got 4/5 mics out from Source and launched a record company with the album. He didn't have the pop crossover that Puffy and Ma$e got the next year... but Reasonable Doubt was hot when it came out.
Dec 15, 2016 Look at Illmatic, when that dropped he did pathetic numbers. It wasn't until people went back to look at it did they realize Nas gave us the book of Genesis out the Bible with that all time classic. Reasonable Doubt was similar, but it did better than Illmatic (he had the cosigns Nas didn't).. Like these artists didn't really pop till the OGOG's died. Future is speaking only in facts, but watch the wack a--- media spin it like he was somehow dissing Hov like they aint just did a song together
Dec 15, 2016 anybody can launch a record company my dude, look at flatbush zombies lol. It's the successful ones (like Hov) that stand out
Dec 15, 2016 Well this isn't the first time I heard this about Reasonable Doubt, could be true. Need Besky's 40 year old alt to confirm.
