    G Herbo's debut album "Humble Beast" is coming this year.

    G Herbo's SXSW interview was mostly about basketball, specifically his chances in a 1-on-1 game against his childhood friend and current tourmate Lil Bibby. He digressed briefly to reveal some exciting information. He has big plans for 2016, visuals, records, and his long-awaited debut album.

    "You can definitely expect an album in 2016," he said. "On the low, within a six month radius... maybe." He revealed that the album is entitled Humble Beast. Which is something of an oxymoron, but true to Herbo's character. He's a pretty down-to-earth dude, but he's so nice on the mic that sometimes he can't help himself.

    Herbo, 20, ended 2015 on a high note, with the release of Ballin Like I'm Kobe. Previously he released Welcome to Fazoland andPistol P Project. Stay tuned for more information about the release of Humble Beast.

    Changed his name which isn't good for a brand, his popularity has been declining since PPP, hasn't had a relevant feature fr since Chiraq

    Saddens me when skilled rappers aren't career-oriented enough to take themselves to the next level, it's more to it than music and touring

    I disagree. Still has the same "herb" in his name, everyone knows its him.

    I think clearly he took it to another level. BLIK shows progression & growth, even if you don't like it has much as PPP or Fazoland (I personally don't) he probably progressed musically and developed better hooks. Fazoland is raw though and to me is a tougher album than BLIK.

    Yeah he's already a proven talent but I think this album is really going to show just how much he has progressed. @WPG do you have any info on this album at all?
