The police report, obtained by Pitchfork, notes that the rapper allegedly used a knife to stab the 55-year-old man multiple times in the torso Tuesday night at East 44th Street and 3rd Avenue. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. According to TMZ, police reportedly believe that Glover’s motive was an angry reaction to being called a homophobic slur.
