Thug has like 6 retail projects, but idk if you could really consider any of them a debut album

I feel like every single one of his projects has been marketed as a “street album” more so than an actual commercial debut. Kinda like how Chance just called that new trash project last summer his “debut,” even though he’s had at least two big projects released before it.

Yeah honestly these days mixtapes, studio albums, street album, playlists, compilation albums whatever it doesn't matter. Listening to it it makes zero difference to me tbh lol

I kinda see BTG as his most 'album' type of album if that makes sense but on wiki (for what its worth) they mention so much fun as his official debut

Speaking of 50 songs...oh boy... I really want to talk about... Detox. Jimmy Iovine. Pop singers... Actually, nevermind. I can't.

    Maybe later though

Lol @cpt awesome WPG joint acc I knew there was another terrible line from Don't Push Me that I couldn't think of a month back. This is it!

And yeah best debut of OAT is GRODT, The Documentary or Reasonable Doubt. Depends on the day.

Too many to name. Breaking Atoms, Illmatic, The War Report, Operation Doomsday (as far as Dumile as a solo artist), Capital Punishment, Liquid Swords, Ironman, Purple Tape, The Cold Vein, Funcrusher Plus, Bizarre Ride II The Pharcyde, 93 Till Infinity, Reasonable Doubt, etc.

So Much Fun is technically his debut album because he decided it was, but we all know it's Barter 6.

[Ironically the 9/11 mentions are the only part of the song I feel have aged poorly. Just very cringe in the grand scheme of things. One of those lines where I’m like “I get you’re the biggest pop star in the world, but not everything is self referential”
meh, honestly I'd say JEFFREY is the first 'album' type release he had. Barter 6 sequencing feels very mixtape-like.

I disagree, I think Barter 6 flows really well and is his tightest album sequencing-wise. Jeffery is up there too. So Much Fun feels more like a slime season to me.

Plus they were calling B6 his debut until it flopped sales-wise and they decided HiTunes was gonna be his debut.
