The only ones that can compare IMO are Kool G Rap on Roots of Evil, MF DOOM on Madvillainy, Pharoahe Monch on Stress: The Extinction Agenda, Yasiin Bey on Black Star, Rakim on The 18th Letter, and a few others. GZA on liquid swords is close, but not quite as technically proficient as these other examples.
