    This clip made me think about the way I discuss music with people. I honestly have racked up way more minutes listening to Eminem than possibly anyone other artist over the years. But when people ask me what kind of music I listen to as an icebreaker or something like that... I'll list off basically anything except Eminem. I guess I'm just insecure of the precedent it might set; or what that says about me. At 26, it's pretty f---ing easy to appear completely out of touch if you admit you f--- with artists who peaked 15 years ago.

    you went way off topic--and started talking about a lot of things that have nothing to do with what we were discussing lol

    as i said, having multiple average/poor albums doesn't necessarily ruin eminem's legacy. the rolling stones are viewed as a legendary band because they made several albums that are widely viewed as great. they also made many albums that weren't good at all---but that's what happens when you make A LOT of music like they did.

    Not sure why people always make these topics an "either or" debate. To be fair, Gucci isn't wrong. No one is bumping Eminem in the whip. Does that make eminem trash? Of course not. But Gucci's statement is 100% factual.
