Dec 19, 2014 This summer we rolled up on one on our way back from the lake while they were finishing setting it up. They waved us through and stopped the very next car. Driver wasn't smashed, or wreckless, but would have caught a DUI. s--- is absolutely nerve wrecking.

Dec 19, 2014 Looked it up and random check points like this are apparently illegal in my state (Washington) although they're trying to change that. It's apparently legal in almost 40 states though.
Dec 19, 2014 I actually got pulled over after a few drinks... I was designated driver that night, and all my friends were trashed and asleep in the car. I just told the cop that I was designated driver and he let me go.
Dec 19, 2014 Lmao at @Slyk getting a dui over a .09. I would have been pissed. I get angry really easy when I've been drinking so I would have said s--- to the police that I would have ended up regretting.
