I agree way too much time has been spent on him recovering in the first couple episodes but maybe it was just me, but I didnt even think she hit him hard enough in the woods to injure him that bad, let aline k--- him. I honestly expected him to be fine when the new season started.

Yeah, like what is his purpose in this season? He's clearly going to be turning against Frank at some point, I'm just not seeing a clear path in how the writers are going to get there. Normally that would be good if, you know, his character was actually doing something.

I definitely don't hate it. It was solidly entertaining. It just was absolutely not this GOAT-level drama everyone was leading me to believe.

The Doug storyline dragged on and on (there has to be a meme of Doug destroying electronics out there) and so did the Russia bit. I enjoyed the first 2 seasons, this one is a bit disappointing. They should have sped up the primaries, they're really dragging it out.

I'm on the finale and I gotta say I've really dug it. It reminds me a lot of the West Wing season when they were campaigning.

This is definitely better than last season.

most of this season didn't even manage to hold my interest. lost a lot of the stuff that made Season 2 at least entertaining without getting back to the stuff that made Season 1 pretty good.

mostly boring, could not have cared much less about most of the characters this time around, and don't really have any compelling reason to care who wins an election among these people

I like the actors and their respective characters, but this show lost the plot season 2 episode 1. Everything is so convoluted and growing more so with every development. I still find a lot to enjoy. It's really not until I look at the big picture that I get frustrated with how they've handled it.

Hope he kills somebody by the end of this season. This show should be interesting near it's end. Watching Frank more than likely get brought down.

Don't like how the show suddenly became about their marriage...same way Frank felt about the book...ironic?

For the first time I won't be looking forward to the new season next year.

I started over and watched seasons 1 and 2, and am on episode 9 of season 3 right now. Season 2 was definitely a step down in quality, but I certainly don't think it was awful by any means. I think the overtaking of the president was done quite well. There were weak points, but I think it was enjoyable enough. Granted, I did binge watch it over the course of 2ish days.

Season 3 is alright so far. It shifted quite a bit, but I like it well enough to not call it horrid.
