How do you decide favourite album of the year?

    How do you decide your favourite album of the year?
    Mine is like a mixture of flow, lyrics, production, how it sounds sonically and if i enjoy it or not

    some people just rate albums on how they enjoy them

    how are you deciding your AOTY?

    not that I ever do the AOTY thing, but it really is just what I like more

    and that all just boils down to my opinion on stuff like this

    It's usually the album I enjoyed the most that specific year

    Why would MY favourite be based on anything list. The stuff you listed would be more for an objective list.

    because everyone has different reasons and thoughts as to why their list is right
    just wanted to know peoples reasoning behind that

    If it bumps hard in the whip, then it's AOTY.
