Keruig's are cool and super convenient but I've found it really depends on what k-cup you use. Some taste like absolute s--- and some are pretty good.

French press is super simple. You just put water to boil on the stove and put coarsely ground coffee in the bottom of the glass beaker, then pour the water over it once it boils. Let it steep for 3-10 minutes (depending on your pref), then press the plunger down to filter out the grounds. These are nice for when you have company cuz they make like 32 oz at a time

An aeropress is kinda hard to explain so here's a video. I think the idea is basically that it steeps for a short while and then you use the air pressure to push the water through the grounds/fliter and into the cup:

Here's a demonstration for a how a moka pot works. Pretty close to the taste of espresso imo—I usually just pour what it makes into a 16 oz. mug and then fill the rest with hot water for an Americano type thing

Keurig. I've got a brand of kcups that works for me and is reasonably cheap. Italian sweet cream creamer and good to go. French press is decent too though.
