    A year ago I was rawdawging girls for their onlyfans... then when the vaccine came out and was available to me I went and got it.. I'm not scared of COVID19 or the vaccine or anything really... I want COVID19 to go away because it's f---ing with my lifestyle... that's why I got the vaccine and telling everyone else to get it.

    I started working from home in March 2020 due to COVID-19 — still working from home now. Activity level has decreased big time. Trying to incorporate more activity into my days though.

    Meals tend to be OK, usually toast for breakfast, something light for lunch, then fish/chicken with vegetables for dinner. Portion size could use some work but my girl cooks like it’s our last meal lol

    it’s the liquor that gets me. whiskey g---

    Not too healthy tbh

    I run 5-10 miles every day which I guess is something, keeps me fit. But all I eat is straight up trash -- junk food, fast food, all that. Drink coffee on an empty stomach cause I don't take the time to eat before work. Sleep schedule is s--- but Im working on fixing that.

    Yeah there's s--- I gotta work on.

    Reasonably healthy but def could be better and am working on it. I drink a lotta water and do IF—I really just eat one meal at like 5pm then a snack at like 8-9 if I'm hungry. I try to only drink black coffee + water/sparkling water.

    Meals are usually some combination of meat + veggies + rice—flavor profiles usually Mexican, Caribbean, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, etc. High cholesterol runs in my family and mine was slightly elevated at my physical last month so I've been trying to eat more fish recently. Also been trying to add in more hearty vegetables like cauliflower/mushrooms/broccoli. But I'm also known to impulse buy garbage like frozen white castle burgers sometimes lol.

    I make sure to get outta the house and take a walk every day, preferably 3+ miles but that doesn't always happen. Minimally I have a quick 1 mile loop I can do in a pinch. I have two slipped discs in my back so I've started doing PT/core-strengthening exercises every night and am gonna invest in some weights so I can add more weight training into my regiment. Over the past 2-3 months I've lost the 20 lbs of quarantine weight I'd gained and I've read the best time to gain muscle is when you're losing fat so I wanna take advantage of that too.

    I'm a predominantly whole food plant based vegan, meaning I eat beyond/impossible burgers maybe twice a week.

    I jog 3 times a week, I lift 2 days a week ( can't do it much any more due to my scoliosis, which is torture)

    I drink about 8 smoothies a day, I haven't drunk alcohol in 8 years, IDK, I guess you can say I live a pretty healthy lifestyle

    Only healthy thing about me is my overhydration. All jokes aside while i'm not the healthiest person in the world im at an ok point.
