Dec 12, 2015 The Warriors lost their 1st game of the season tonight and are now 24-1. I thought this would be an interesting topic so we can predict how many wins they'll finish with this year and maybe look back on this later and see who was right or who was closest. Will they break the 72 win record? If so how many will they finish with? If not, how close will they get? Obviously potential injuries are a big factor and impossible to predict, but let's try anyways. I'm gonna guess they go 74-8, I think they get the record. You gotta wonder how they'll do if/when Klay and Curry sit out some games though, they have a deep team no question but still it's not the same without even 1 of those 2, especially Curry. Also I was thinking of making a poll but there'd be too many options, so just post your answer.
Dec 12, 2015 @NBAsxn I don't think they'll break the 70 mark. 68 wins is what I think they'll end up on.
Dec 12, 2015 74 is my prediction as well. They are just clear favourites going into every game and they just know how to win. It's annoying!!
Dec 12, 2015 A 2-3 or more game losing streak at some point certainly isn't out of the question and even 1 of those would make this record real tough. They're bound to lose more than 1 of every 25 from now on lol. Gonna be interesting to see for sure, I'm going to the Warriors game here in February and might try to go to the one in January too.
Dec 13, 2015 Honestly all it could take is a curry or klay injury and they get like 68 wins.. Thats my guess
Dec 13, 2015 If curry can keep up that many shots per game and last throughoutthe year. Ill be ready to dub him top 20 great of all time right now at the end of the season. If he can they might break the record assuming no one gets hurt
Dec 14, 2015 as good as they are.....i don't see them beating the bulls record. reason being is because they're mainly a jump shooting team and as good as their shooters are.......some nights those shots just aren't going to fall i'll go 69 wins
Dec 14, 2015 So 2 of their games will be cancelled? Lol just messing with you but yeah I assume you mean 68 and 14.
Dec 15, 2015 They're an exciting team to watch, and I know this thread isn't about this, but they are nowhere near the level of dominance that the 96 Bulls were. That f---ing defense.... Again, I know that's not the question, but just had to say that. I think they'll win like 64-67 games. Maybe 65.
