Oct 17, 2015 Not loud enough to call the police, just enough to be annoying. The real problem is she's a crazy b----. Never leaves her home, everytime i make the slightest noise, she mimicks it or starts making noise. She gets bothered by normal activity like turning over in my fkin bed. Yeah, the soundproofing isn't great.

Oct 17, 2015 Do you have a pet? Do your neighbors have windows that they leave open? If so, put some dog s--- outside their window. The wind will blow the scent into their house.
