    Just got off the phone with @dna hits from jail. He wants to know if you have a room to rent out when he gets out of jail. Something with a lot of ventilation and sound proofing. He's willing to pay 2 cartons of lucky strikes a month

    I bought a home in july 2018. This past February i bought another home for me and my fiancé and moved out of that one. That house I left for my dad but unfortunately he passed at the end of may and I had to sell it, which i closed in august. So all told i have bought two houses and had to sell one within two years. Its a lot and none of these two were a build but it makes you fell really good knowing you own property. Interesting thing i found for at least my state, after two years of owning a home and then selling it, taxes do not come out of whatever money you make off the sale.

    Congrats man! That's awesome. I'm in Maryland trying to buy a house and it's f---ing difficult right now. Interest rates are super low, but every house is going for way over original asking price

    i'm telling you bro. When you're paying rent, you're getting none of that back. But when you pay towards a mortgage, you're building equity.

    Yea bro, me and my wife been talking about buying our own place next year since mortgage payment is lower than our rent. Hopefully next summer!

    I'm thick so I don't understand the advantage of a mortgage over rent but I know I should say congrats anyway!! I heard there's a housewarming? I'll be in attendance.
