Feb 13, 2016 Don't get me wrong, I'm still looking forward to the album, but the hype train had such great momentum, especially since he was dropping all these bits and pieces of appetizers -- the Twitter posts, the fashion show, good Friday, etc. I think a lot of people were really amped for the release, some even fighting sleep by staying up til midnight to catch the last-minute release. And then nothing. Like, yes, I get it. Better to have a good product than a rushed product, but it's such a blow to the excitement because nothing came from it. It's like if someone was making you cookies for the first time in two years and, d---, it's your favorite recipe and you're standing by the oven and you're salivating to the smell of it because it just got done cooking.....and then that person takes the tray, dumps all the cookies in the trash, and then goes "if you wait one more day I can get you a better recipe". That's how it feels, at least for me. Do I still want the cookies? Yeah. Are they gonna be done with a better recipe? Most likely. Am I as hyped as I was for that last batch? Nah. At this point I'll take store bought.
Feb 13, 2016 lol BS. Everyone's talking about this. It'll be out in a few hours, 12 at most. Stop whining
Feb 13, 2016 I thought this last night. In reality you don't know s--- about when it's gonna be out. It could not be until midnight tonight, meaning a whole another f---ing day for us in the UK.
Feb 13, 2016 If you're standing by the oven salivating that's your fault, not the person making cookies FOR YOU. Don't act so much like a dog. Find other ways to use your attention until it comes out; you're doing it to yourself.
Feb 13, 2016 last night was the buzzkill of the year for me + many of us but kanye knows he'll make back that hype threefold after the SNL performance. its only been a day which in kanye delay time is barely anything
Feb 13, 2016 It makes more sense to drop it after the snl performance. This 'delay' was planned and adds more hype.
