Jun 7, 2016 Rory Sloane fits that bill. One of the best marks in our team, can deliver on each foot, is a gut runner and hits the scoreboard well for a mid. Sloane > Wingard
Jun 7, 2016 Wingard made 2 All Australians in his first 4 years of his careers. People like to forget that. You can say mids are harder to get in but I'd argue not. Both players don't like copping a tag so I guess they share that as well.
Jun 7, 2016 He should've been a Crow. We could've traded into the top 5 of the draft if we dealt Tippett + Pick 10 to Gold Coast. But if that happened we wouldn't have had Brad Crouch and Luke Brown. And Luke Brown > all your small defenders.
Jun 7, 2016 You losers are forgetting about the GOAT Jarryd Hayne. Player of three codes; master of none.
Jun 7, 2016 @Slik you say Soccer falls under the radar here in Australia, when any year now the A-League will overtake the NRL in attendance.
Jun 7, 2016 Fair enough but that's soccer, if you wanna compare NRL with the bigger leagues in Australia I'm pretty sure the AFL has a bigger deal. And let's not get into the attendances.
Jun 7, 2016 Can we stop talking about soccer? I swear, soccer fans are the sports' version of "real hip hop" fans. Warriors have my respect, but they're just not as good as that Bulls' team. If you didn't watch them, you wouldn't get it. Pippen and Jordan would lock up anybody, it wasn't just their offense. And Jordan is definitely the GOAT. Only players I'd put close to him are Bird, Magic and Kobe, and those are stretches.
Jun 8, 2016 This Warriors team is dominant no doubt, but I feel they have taken the league by surprise with their style. In my opinion they will not have the longevity of a team like the Bulls. We need to give them a few years and then a few more after than too look back on it. If they can constantly be a top team year in and year out then maybe there is an argument but you'll never be able to face up the two teams so it will always be subjective.
Jun 8, 2016 the last era of playing ball like a man was the 90's, p---- a--- warriors would get wiped. mj would be averaging like 40 points by today standards.
