I live in the UK so majority of games play over night for me.

I'm not really supporting one team although if it came to it I'd prefer the Bulls and the Blackhawks to win.

Is there such a thing as a wall chart I can keep up to date myself? I hope you Americans know what a wall chart is, if not it's just simply a large poster you put on the wall with the games mapped out and empty boxes for you to write the scores in. The playoffs would then be empty to fill out yourself.

I've looked online but can't find anything. My guess is "wall chart" is the wrong word but I wouldn't know what else to call it.

You could go to the teams main webpages themselves and click on schedule. That will give you the Win and Losses of the games, days played and scores.

However if you want this for ALL 30 teams to be accessed....I'm not sure where you'd find one.

Thanks man, this gives some great insight.

But now it's opened another question for me...

How many games does each team play?? In the English Premier League, each football team plays another team twice. Once at their home ground, once at the opposing team's ground.
Therefore 30 teams means each team plays 58 games (they can't play themselves).

Looking at that website, it seems there are 100's of games.

    How exactly does it work?

In the NBA you play the other 4 teams in your division 4 times (there are 6 divisions made up of 5 teams, 3 in the Eastern Conference and 3 in the West) adding up to 16 games. You play the 15 teams in the other Conference (East to West or vice versa) twice (one home, one away). That's 46 games and you play the other 10 teams in your conference at least 3 times, getting you to 76 games and there are 6 teams in Conference that you play 4 times (getting you to 82), not sure how thats decided.

That actually seems super complicated for what it is!

I am sure it works though and I'm looking forward to getting my head around it.

Does the NHL work exactly the same?
