    Eminem made Phenomenal literally a chore to listen to. It's tiring listening to those verses. "I" is a lot more listenable.

    I is a better song but Phenomenal gets me more pumped up, so I would say Phenomenal.

    He said it in an interview, he sent the Southpaw producer the hook and he put it in the trailer so Em had to make the song.
    That's exactly what he is doing, so the verses aren't as cringe, but Phenomenal was good for what it was.
