Nov 24, 2022 For me, vaping helped a lot lol. Just buy some of those disposable ones and I bet after 1 day you will be disgusted by the taste of cigarettes. It also helps to remind yourself that there are 7000 toxic chemicals in 1 ciggy, whereas vapes tastes great and only have vegetable glycerine, nicotine and sweeteners. But ye, for me it was just the taste lol, 1 day of using a vape, i couldnt stand smoking a cig again. I do occasionally buy them once every few months but instantly regret it and continue with these s-----y vapes. You could even go down the rabbit hole of Vape kits and tanks and get into the hobby of it all (it can get very expensive) but i prefer the disposable ones as I dont wanna be blowing huge clouds in public
Mar 3, 2024 You need to have something that fills your mind / distracts you as you break the habit. And it's just a matter of time, you just need to not do it for a day, a week, a month and then notice how that feels and you don't need it and forget about it. But don't spend time sitting there going 'don't smoke, don't smoke', that's just a preoccupation with it and will lead to it, or make it feel impossible. Find a hobby or multiple hobbies, or when you feel like a smoke, go for a walk, trick your brain into associating that feeling with something else, then also just do single things at a time without smoking, force yourself, one at a time, i.e. 'oh I usually smoke when I watch tv', that's an association and an addiction is just a series of associations and the more you associate X thing to more things, the more addicted you are... but you can rewrire / lose the associations, it'll be hard at first but it can be done. So just - watch TV, without, just don't smoke whenm you watch TV, or whatever it is, and then notice how it didn't make much difference, and how you don't have that nasty a--- smell and taste in your mouth, and note it as a little mental win. Then do it with something else. One by one, association by association, and keep noting the wins and feeling good. And then just forget about it and get on with your life, not smoking.

Mar 7, 2024 Nicotine replacement, like gum and nic patches, works for some. Try some new hobbies, and surround yourself with people who don't smoke so you don't get tempted. I switched from cigarettes to vapes and then to no-nicotine vapes and finally been able to quit entirely after a year. Mar 9, 2024 I’d get a 14 day supply of benzos tell the doc u need the edge taken off and for sleep or just order etizolam online, only illegal in full redneck states. It’s a thenodizapine instead of a benzo n scripted in 8 different countries over xanax. Maybe buy some nicotine gum or a nicotine can of pouches, that helped me quit smoking after getting in a little trouble couldn’t get caught with thc until after court was over with.

I have a doc you can go to in PA, helps if you can speak Chinese to understand the receptionists and the docs language is mixed. He’ll put you on the right path. Definitely a doctor that cares more about his patients than his cash only policy. It’s pain management though so let me hit you in the back with a chair or bat before going in. This one you need some sort of proof of an injury.

If I get touched it’s an automatic felony and my counselor claimed I could use deadly force. Or just get a doc to give you an arthritis diagnosis print it out and bring along. My reckless family doc who’d hand benzos out retired last year, they’re harder to get than I thought these days.
