Nov 30, 2018 Missing a WC feature. Haven't heard anything from him in years. Last was 2013 with Daz wasn't it?
Nov 30, 2018 I can't imagine an Ice Cube album being that good in 2018 but at the same time it's weird to me that people are complaining about being tired of Cube's "political tracks" when he's always been an extremely political rapper (and that's where most of his best work stems from as well).
Nov 30, 2018 I only liked this 'cause I'm still a part of The Squidiron g---. Tentacle Solidarity and all.
Dec 5, 2018 everyone's always bitching about how easy it is to make an ignorant top 40 track these days and when your favorite rappers tries it, you get The New Funkadelic lmaoooo
Dec 5, 2018 I listened to the entire thing, it's basically taking subtle jabs at the president and him complaining about how he can't get any movie acts anymore, so he's going back to being "street".
Dec 5, 2018 I thought it was pretty good. Chase down the bully, one for the money, and non believers are the best tracks imo Everythang's corrupt sounds like an eminem beat
Dec 6, 2018 Call me a dusthead, but whew, what an album. Who would've thought 2018 Ice Cube can deliver something that good. b-----r after b-----r and a few calm tracks, but still good. There's no wack songs tbh, even tho a few boring ones can be spotted. After 1st listen this album sounds better than his last one "I Am The West", I'll listen to it a few more times for sure, then I'll decide which one I like more. The best song has to be "Don't Bring Me No Bag", amazing verses, delivery, flow and hook are 10/10, same with "Streets Shed Tears". E-A-Ski beat on "Still In The Kitchen" is just uhhh *disgusted face* *head nodding like crazy*, truly Detox-esque. Dr. Dre would be perfect for a feature on this. "Non Believers" would be even better if it had WC and Mack 10 on it, pure Westside Connection vibes. Overall verdict after 1st listen: 8/10 Fav quote so far: "This is a rebel without a pause with three hoes like Santa Clause." lmao. Don't bring me no bag
