I think every rapper hits a wall in their career at some point and we didn't get a chance to see that from Biggie and Tupac but if they were still alive there would of been a point in their career that they would of released meh or wack music

But because they both died in their prime they have maintained their legacy in Hip Hop as the GOATS and I believe if the same happened to Eminem it would of been the same case

Maybe not 2pac big but he definitely would have gone down as one of the greatest to ever do it. I think about this everytime I hear music from those earlier years in his career

I think he would of been just as big as Tupac or even bigger

    3 solo classic albums
    1 near classic soundtrack
    1 near classic group album
    1 oscar

That would of been enough to cement his legacy

    This.

And like i said earlier, the fact he has a bigger fan base than both Big and Pac, he would have just as big of a legacy if not bigger.

Being white surely helped having that broad fan base, but album sales and fans aside, he has just as much talent as them. There always going to be people who will argue on who's better and won't admit Em is just as good but he is. Em is a better lyricist, Pac is a better poet. They're both as good in terms of showing emotion and being real in the music they make.

Pac is a legend for black kids who went through the struggle and who were victims of discrimination. They had someone to relate to. Someone who made it.

Same for Em. He is a legend to those who have been through rough times or who were raised in a f----- up environment but don't necessarily relate to those hood struggles.

Seriously Em has a lot of iconic songs that will blow the f--- up when he dies. h---, Lose Yourself is already considered legendary. It's the Stairway To Heaven of hiphop songs.

s--- like Rock Botton, 8 Mile Road, Sing For The Moment, Mockingbird, Till I Collapse just to name a few will be considered some of the best stuff made in hiphop.

Sounds ridiculous to say because those songs aren't that old and Em is still alive, but the day he dies that stuff will be praised heavily.

And like evey artist who dies, you'll get all those people who used to hate, those people in the rap industry who were bitter and wouldn't recognize or acknowledge the greatness of a lot of his music because it was popular start to say he was one of the best to do it.

I was agreeing with most of your points in the first paragraph. The second one makes you sound like a f---ing lunatic.

"Greed is the worst of all evil and it inspires the worst in people."
Ok, Jaden.. If you say so.

Idk about others on here but all of my friends and peers (keep in mind I'm 20 years old) consider him the best to ever do it. Not everyone likes modern day eminem especially not the way they did in his prime but at the same time everyone respects him. You have to really.. Like if you just look at his career he literally mastered the craft of rapping. Sure his music isn't what it once was but he had nowhere to go after those first 3 albums. Now he can sort of relax, no pressure.

That being said he's vastly over hated on s80. At the end of the day if you put eminem on a song with the best current artists of today he would come out even or on top.. After 15 years into his career. That's downright impressive
