Basically yeah! I was thinking we’d do 3 chapters a week but we can bump that up or down as we go since this first ones gonna be a learning experience figuring out what works and what’s a good pace.

I’m gonna make a book club board so it’s all organized and I’ll make a discussion thread each week so it’s easy to go back and contribute to discussion on old chapters if you fall behind or have more thoughts at a later date.

So are we gonna have rules for this? Like read a couple of chapters and discuss from now until a date in a week's time? Or something like that?

I feel you man! No pressure—but if you haven't read this, it's a super easy and casual read. I can DM you a digital copy as well.

Don't get me wrong, I definitely wasn't trying to suggest we start with an Em book or that I even want to read an Em book, my point was much more general in that nothing should be excluded from the beginning. Let's just see where the journey takes us but I wouldn't want to start out by saying "we're never going to read this or that".

I'm 100% down to give it a try. I cycle to/from work so don't even get the pleasure of reading on a tube. It could be an idea to choose books that have an audio book as well.

Def down for suggestions! I was thinking Can't Stop Won't Stop might be a good starting point.
Ideally I'd like to make it so even people with busy lives could participate, and pacing is def something we can titrate as we go and figure out what works.
