google goes a long way my guy.
Max B had conspiracies on robbery, felony murder, kidnapping and other cases.

Shrumda's biggest song was evidence for his connection to a NY g--- and their crimes

    Too lazy lol

But those guys were actually involved in robbery/killings/kidnapping?

If true then f--- them. I would say the same if it was about jay or kanye btw. Weird that 413 thinks people like that should be free

Involved or not you still get charged.. have no clue if they actually committed it though. Jay Z should of got arrested for shooting his brother lmaoo. Kanye murdered the dropout bear but didn't get charged

99% believe 413 was just joking

There does lie a difference for me. If they actually were involved in hurting people (murder/kidnap etc) I don't feel a bit sorry for them. If they were loosely tied to it but not actually involved its different.

Yeah I cant believe 413 says that if it is actually the way I described

To me not really.. they were apart of it. Whether they supplied guns or info, they built up to the victim's death. If i gave you someone's entire info, you murdered them, and i go scotch free, it kinda unfair. Without me, you wouldn't have known where the person stays at. Loosely tied, is like my friend telling me he's about to k--- someone, and he does. I knew, i could of prevented it by telling the cops.

I'm with u 100% and I don't empathize with criminals at all. I meant that there is a difference to me how big the punishment should be.

How talented a rapper is is not important whatsoever tho, if a rapper (or any other kind of artist or person, but thats not what OP asked for) has potential he should have acted like a normal human being and not hurt innocent people.

Nah. I didn't read your conversation with Buu but they got charged with serious s---.

I didn't read too much into Shmurda's case but Max B allegedly sent two people to rob someone at a hotel and a guy pulled up to the apartment and they shot him point blank in the head.

Max B won't be out til 2025 and Shmurda will be out in 2021.

Then I hope you don't really think they don't deserve jail time...

ahhh i understand your point now totally missed it my bad lol. Even though everyone is equal in court, in jail wealthier people have an easy experience with underground connects and smuggling in money.

In general they need to rid of that. Going to prison for drugs is mainly the government mad they can't move drugs themselves. They dropped drugs in poverty areas, then give you life bc you tried selling it.

I'm all for people going to prison for murder and I honestly think the sentences in most cases aren't long enough, but I also think prison should be more of a rehabilitation than a punishment like you're a child. Yeah if they killed someone they should face something, but also I'm sure if they're in for a couple years and they potentially have tons of money and fans waiting for them on the outside they would have no reason to go back to that life. I'm all for second chances no matter what someone did.

    I'm for 2nd chances if

    - they did their time
    - its 100 % or 99% cuz u can never say 100 sure they dont do it again

I've seen so many cases where a r--ist or smth gets free and does it again I think those people should never be free again tbh.
