    Or is it on purpose?

I heard the song 'Paper Scissor Rock' and he sings the hook. So I hear him sing 'is you crazy'. On another song, All Eyes On Us by Meek Mill he also sings 'is you drunk'

Do these idiots not even know the language anymore?

Rap is littered with phrases said in various unorthodox fashions, nothing wrong with conveying a thought in different ways. Doesn't make anyone look less educated tbh.

2 Chainz is a great example of an artist who raps a lot of s--- together sometimes that aren't grammatically correct, but the guy is very smart and intellectual.

I'm sure Breezy rapped that way too on purpose.

    you're so politically correct

it's viewed as cool to talk in slang

what you gain in 'coolness' you lose in 'intelligence' (using those terms loosely)

    stop overthinking it lol
