Apr 15, 2018 He's not, but he's in the running. To the guy that said Drake isn't culturally impactful or something like that, you're just wrong. He is the face of modern day social media culture. Every IG hussie caption is a quote from him. The internet stops when he releases an album. Every video he does takes over every website, social media page, and blog. Memes, as easy as it is to make fun of them, are a huge communication outlet in this day and age. They just are. And Drake has those on lock too. He's no Em. He's no prime Fif. He's juusst under Wayne's peak imo. But he's in the f---ing conversation.
