Mar 7, 2017 Lol, Nas and Lil wayne are the reason i got into Rap. And i can say that Eminem is a better artist. Eminem is Overhated imo. I started listening to rap music around 2010/11 , Wayne was being spammed on Jamaican radio, and my dad was a Jr Gong fan so i got a full listen of distant relatives. I got into eminem from Recovery, and at the time i didn't really think of Eminem as a Goat. I was pretty young though and dancehall was still what i mainly listened to. Wayne remained my favorite rapper and i never really got into eminem until i actually started listening to the words of the songs (in 2011 i was only 11 years old) and going into his older stuff. Why i stan eminem now is really less on any debate about flow and sound and all that stuff (young thug the goat doe) and what i think about eminem as a writer and the variety in his rap styles over the years.

You picked the wrong time in his life to truly be compelled by the overcompensating cornball antics, as divulged by and exuded through his lyrical content he articulately vents about on wax. It was better when it came natural and it wasn't about whether he could spit better, faster, and/or more efficiently than a Tech N9ne, a Bizzy Bone, a Twista, or even a f---in' Drag-On. He raps technically like no one could compete with him on his worst days. But his music sucks. He should just revert back to battle rapping. Maybe he'd still eat up a few rookies. But that Rhymefest will be Murda Mook this time. Lulz. Nas is objectively superior to Eminem, bro. Sorry, not sorry. No f---ing way is this the real life right now.
