    I'm a massive Stan and even I think it's not underrated. It's just alright. I still really enjoy it but if I am looking for an album of his to listen front to back, MMLP2 is usually one of my last choices.

    By your logic we shouldn't discuss any of his older albums either because they were released 10-15 years ago.

    lol imo he is just trying to hard at this point so instead of making free flowing songs he is trying to be the best rapper ever and that is where the lack of replay value comes in

    MMLP2 gets a lot of hate and is underrated only in this forum perhaps because most influential users say it sucks and then everyone join the party.
    MMLP2 is his best album post hiatus and this is fact. Production and lyrics are better than Recovery, themes and concept are better than Relapse. Only flaw of MMLP2 is the lack of replay value because of the flow and too many words in a single line. Bad Guy, Evil Twin, Brainless, Baby, Don't Front and Rhyme or Reason are good enough to s--- over both Recovery and Relapse.

    To me the problem with that album is that it's a sequel to the MMLP. Right there. That creates expectations and it is no doubt disappointing. I would still say it's better than recovery but it shouldn't have been called MMLP2. And no it is not underrated. Some people bash it, Stans over rate it. To me it's just average.

    it's underrated when you compare it to recovery but that's about it...
    SSLP>MMLP>TES>MMLP2>Encore>Recovery>Relapse

    This. I mean Relapse had fantastic beats and Em had a great flow. Doesn't mean it's a great album. Songs like a--- like that are just horrible and only STIW and Survival are as bad as those songs imo. I do like half of Encore tho (same goes for mmlp2)

    I think MMLP2 is underrated simply because of it's title. The title created so many high expectations that weren't going to be met no matter how much Em tried. I think it's his 4th best album

    Personally I think if it was titled anything else it would've been received better. Maybe it could've been conceptual in the sense that it was technical as all get out, just dnot see why it was called that
