Just a hunch but I feel like he’s struggled with writers block or something since d---. It was just really odd to me that his music took this very political turn with TPAB & even a bit on d---, all this activism & worldly events going on & he remained dormant almost the entire time. Idk…the lack of music between 2017-2021 is just really strange to me. I thought he’d have a lot to say.

It will be hard to drop another classic, d--- was huge at the time and it's barely recognized classic now.
If it is, his run would be the best in history

I didn’t like it either. I revisit like 2-3 songs from time to time. I felt left out as a fan for not liking it as much as everyone else

Yeah probably.

I also think he had an album ready to go, since he shot two music videos last year. But he probably reworked it this year.
