    Without Beastie Boys and Eminem among other white rappers ever coming into the game, hip hop wouldn't be an avenue for young black men to make money legally. You can argue that the authenticity and content suffers but hip hop is the most popular genre in the world and it's helping alot of people get off the streets

    I see what you're saying and agree with it to an extent, but the reason that Beastie Boys/Eminem/a select few other white rappers get a pass is because they have respect for their craft and aren't on some culture vulture s---. Joyner, Logic, and MGK and them are deliberately playing up to a specific type of listener for props/profit.

    Being white myself it’s embarassing seeing rappers like Lil Xan and Lil Pump blow up. I gave xan a chance the other day and it was literally the worst music I have ever tried listening to. At least pump can rap some. Xan is awful. The kid is a little b---- I would pay a couple grand just to punch the fa---- in the face
