    I get you trying to put a balance about Ari's case. Just that we are disappointing to what have been said ("It's our year") and what have been done.
    You can't put out this kind of speech and then behind not roll out something cohesive on the promotion of your artist. Ari had a lil buzz that she could use to make better sales than what has been done. Dreamville didn't use it by his chaotic communication and way of functionning. And it's systemic in this label.

    I’m late, but this that kind of s--- that made me lose interest in US rap. If you ask me today the hottest songs out and the best albums of the year, I can’t name one, no cap. Everything sounds the same, same flows, same beats. I don’t listen to it anymore fam

    I dont see what else they couldve done.. whipped cream and shea butter baby , the 2 biggest songs had videos before album drop. She was on creed 2 soundtrack, she been doing hella big shows before the album dropped, they announxed her tour...

    If she meant to blow she will...

    Plus hella promo dont mean you gon sell well.. we all know that..

    Maybe not waiting too much time between this buzz and the announce of the date of the album
    Sollicitate more medias to talk of how the album was created, having all dreamville just talking about this album. I remember IB saying to follow Ari's twitter to know about the album. It seems she was alone doing the communication around her album.
    More shows to test the public reception

    Not crazy things but a continuing effort to communicate around the album

    But I can only agree with you on the fact that if she is meant to blow, she will

    With jid, he said he wanted to drop a day no one else was dropping, they took that same approach with ari.

    Cole ion think he doing that, cause whenever he drop its gon be his time regardless, all eyes and ears gon be to his s---..
