    Eminem Show aged gracefully. Compared to other albums in 2000 I'd say MMLP was dated at release. It's still raw as f--- though.

    I can throw on TES at any time and vibe with it, MMLP is more angry and intense.

    when you say something is unlistenable, that’s going to extreme lengths. In other words, it’s a bold statement. Now I agree there are several songs on his most recent albums that are unlistenable, but not Eminem show. So we’ll have to agree to disagree.

    It's not a really gr8 song but I legit would rather listen to drips than half the songs on this album. I'd put it under guilty pleasure with superman if I'm being serious

    I think MMLP is his best album. It’s a tough call between MMLP and SSLP. He raps better on these albums than on the Eminem Show.

    Similar to Big Pun, rapping was so effortless for him

    Overrating say goodbye 2 hollywood
    Sing for the moment is not overrated it’s easily one of his five best songs
    Drips is unlistenable

    TES is personal in all the wrong ways.
    No one cares enough about pistol whipping a bouncer and your wife cheating on you to listen to four songs about it. Hailies Song was the only moment of vulnerability that was worth the listen.

    MMLP had variety and interesting content when coming to his personal life (Stan, The Way I Am) and it’s weakest personal song (Kim) is still more interesting than Say Goodbye Hollywood or Soldier.

    TES also has more obtuse and dated production in the long run.

    Plus MMLP sticks to a tone throughout and TES is all over the place (Drips and Hailies Song on the same album just a few songs removed?)

    Not to mention how much better his voice was mixed and mastered on MMLP vs TES (Dre & Co mixing Ems voice > Eminem layering his vocals to try and emulate 2Pac)
