    thread view will remain true to jfk's design, will change the way to reply tho

    my idea is if you click any post, it gets highlighted and two icons appear (like, quote)....and somewhere on the bottom right or something there is a pen icon or something like it...you click it and a box appear where you can type...and once you click send...you get (your message been posted) without you moving away from where you currently are

    thats my idea anyway @BorisTheBlade

    Not bad.

    I still want to encourage users to read the entire thread before replying, and keeping the importance of posting a thought out message.. As opposed to treating S80 like a chatroom (like what KTT does).

    There will be a button at the end of the thread to reply.

    Honestly, replying should take some work if you have something credible to add. If you want to add a quick "yeah bro" to the thread, you probably shouldn't be replying in the first place.

    this is why i want users to stay where they are even after they post (like i made the repost button do)...so they can still read the post...i want people to be able to click a post..quote...and get their post sent...and still keep reading the replies

    I'm imagining replying/quoting designed similar to composing a tweet, with the ability to scroll back up to quickly view the thread.
