    love the vibes coming off this record. feels like this might be on par with 1999. going to see him monday so can't wait to see this live.

    the intro track is great, paper trail$ like a lot of people have been saying is amazing too... going to be a great year for hip hop :whew:

    I enjoyed it off first listen. kind of had a distracted listen but I thought Lupe's joint was goat on first listen :jordan:

    honestly not impressed with this and i love joey.. summer knights was better than this.. wish he did more s--- like 95 till infinity, he straight ripped that song

    I found the majority of Summer Knights to be really bland. I guess "sucks" isn't the right word, but I didn't think Summer Knights showed any growth past 1999. Felt stagnant.

    First listen, very strong start. Kinda falls short after that during the middle stretch of the album imo. I like No.99, On And On and Escape 120 from the 2nd half, haven't finished yet. Production is on point in general, Joey has his moments and I certainly like the songs I mentioned (along with Paper Trail$ and Save The Children) more than everything else I've listened to by him, probably. The rest sound kinda meh, like 1999, but this is the first time that Joey has actually impressed me. Maybe I'll like this more after a few more listens.

    Great debut and truthfully I'm happy we got now another NY rapper that's got a great future. It's been getting better with each listen and it flows very nicely. Paper Trail$, On & On, Christ Conscious and Like Me were my personal favorites.
