Hate to say it but Akademiks summation of it was correct - Em just says the same thing like 50 times; as a long-time Em fan, it was disappointing to hear him basically just say 'I'm rich and better' over and over, that's usually what I'd expect from a generic rapper, not Eminem. "Bully" is a diss.

Jul 1, 2020 It wasn't really a rebuttal though, it's just what Em does which is a bad habit - of thinking simply by acknowledging something, he's diffusing it. It's not like 8 Mile where he's saying things about himself before MGK does, he's just going '...I need reading material'... how is that a rebuttal; it's not a negative to MGK or a self-diss before MGK had the chance, it's just him going 'yep'. Just bragging about his wealth and fame throughout was a super lame angle for Em. If he didn't have anything to say or didn't wanna go deeper... shouldn't have even responded.
