Apr 25, 2016 Τhere are times that I cant stand relapse cause of the accent but some others that i can go past that and listen to it.. the project is well executed but self ruined in the end.. the good thing of that era is that we had some em at his finest and closest to his old self (see music box, my darling, the warning, etc.)
Apr 25, 2016 Don't get me wrong I wasn't saying those albums aren't great anymore. It's just, take 'Criminal' for example. It's a great song for sure. But when I listen and I hear 'hate f--s the answer's yes!!!' It's kind of lame to me now. However, his more serious songs (Hailie's Song, Say Goodbye etc) are still the same for me. Sslp is different, love it.
Apr 25, 2016 "He deserves a spot in a top 10 list" How generous. He's more like top 4. Everybody's different, In my book he's Nr.1. It's evident that his prime was fantastic but I would argue that post hiatus Eminem is slept on. I find myself listening to a lot of the music he's done since 09 Also many forum nerds usually have something personal against him and then dance around the actual issue, they should not be taken so seriously.
Apr 25, 2016 Won't waste my time going through the whole discog, but just started SSLP and will stop at TES That guy and those albums are GOAT status
Apr 26, 2016 Relapse is great tho Stay Wide Awake Underground Bagpipes From Baghdad Same Song ANd Dance Music Box My Darling d---, it's fire
Apr 26, 2016 Prime Eminem was the GOAT. If he had retired after 8 Mile, he would have left behind an incredible, bulletproof catalogue. Those projects are great even this many years later. Recovery on the other hand is horribly dated already.
Apr 26, 2016 prime em was amazing, best flow oat tell me some weak verses by him from 99 to 03 , pretty hard to do
Apr 26, 2016 i would say relapse is a fav album just due to all the dre beats and crazy rhyme schemes but i think my fav album including bonus so far would be mmlp2
