Jankland - A Night At The Section Eighty Favorites: The Rhythm of the Night, Be My Lover, My Prerogative (this may be one of the greatest songs I’ve ever heard), Plastic Love, Never Too Much, Mayonaka no Door / Stay With Me RIPPER ROO’S RATING: 10/10!!!!!!!! This was an extremely easy review to make as I’ve heard most of these songs, and all of these songs are amazing and probably some of the best songs ever made. I mean seriously, My Prerogative is so f---ing good. I try to respect people’s opinions but if you don’t like this song there might be something wrong with you. This funky s--- takes over my soul and got me pulling off dance moves I ain’t ever seen or done before. s--- seriously got me moving like a r-----. I tried to find things to nitpick so I could bring the score down but I just couldn’t do it. This tape is an undeniable 10/10. I don’t even have to think about it, it’s an instant classic. Lots of variety and a Kate Bush song that isn’t Running Up That Hill? Holyyyyyyyy! These city pop songs are f---ing legendary, I mean what a f---ing genre. I can’t get enough. Seeing Luther Vandross on here is awesome as he’s really been on my mind lately ever since Kendrick Lamar’s Luther song. What a legendary artist and song on here. The cover and title of this mixtape is really fitting, this tape is some legendary s--- to dance to. It’s stuff like this that is really starting to make me think this era was the peak of music.
