I mean, people didn't play half those drake songs anyway, so not saying the outcome would be any different ... but technically he's right. Why you think people releasing a bazillion tracks in the streaming days. Chris brown deluxe is like 50 songs, lol.

People check each song at least once, which doubles your streams,but if it's trash, obviously 500 songs won't even matter. I get it , i'm just being devils advocate. Honestly, if you’re not a virgin you have to admit the guys’ best work was on MMLP and Chronic 2001 and its been a cringefest from there. He’s a living legend but really that’s about it. As pitchfork wrote, he’s a legacy act. Kanye spending 5 minutes on a song like I Love It makes for far more listenable music than a Eminem who has been preparing an album for half a year and only managed to come up with a dozen near identical boring “songs” displaying his lyrical prowess. Ugh.
