Dec 6, 2022 It's honestly just short of impossible to only consume media that doesn't have a person who's a piece of s--- involved with it, there's so many people involved in the creation of albums and movies and tv etc. Just like it's extremely difficult to only use products or buy food (at least in the USA) that wasn't created with exploited labor somewhere along the way. The world is stupid and f-----, so just do your best and do what you're comfortable doing. It's better to have a million people doing what they can than a few people being perfect. Which in this case the easy choice is just pirate his s--- or buy a used cd etc if you don't wanna support him but still wanna listen to his old stuff. A lot of these people and companies act like they care when they don’t give a s--- at all. It’s like that for every political issue. Dec 6, 2022 I think it's safe to say Kanye is holding a grudge against Jews as an ethnic group (I'm thinking for personal as well as religious reasons), and is trying to get back at them by disrupting received wisdom on the history of antisemitism. The way he's going about it is so childish though. If he were more levelheaded he would just call them a bunch of white racists (which is true enough).
