    Well, in all honesty, I have a bias in rap music. I'm mostly a huge 90's East Coast hip hop fan (that's the era I became a fan), so I normally gravitate towards that sound. It's why I haven't really given many new artists a shot in the last 4-5 years.

    I'm willing to check new artists out right now. I keep hearing great things about Future, Kevin Gates and Young Thug though. I figure listening to entire projects might be better than just singular songs.

    For future try beast mode, it's a lot shorter than monster

    And for thug barter 6 is his best solo project imo, but ss1 has his best trapping. Rich g---: tha tour, with rich homie and birdman is his best project overall tho

    Let me know what you think of any of the songs or projects I throw ur way tho I'd love to hear ur thoughts

    won't change the fact that tpab is still the highest rated rap album of the past 15 years and is held in very high regards by a lot of musicians and talented people who know their s---

    it sucks seeing people talking about knowledge and all that s--- but it's kinda true, Tpab is so meticulously thought about when it comes to the music that it has became one of these albums that you can dislike if you're not that big on jazz or funk, but you can still not desrepect it without looking like a hater as its musically so amazing...

    stevie wonder said the exact same thing about tpab fans having a "superior musical knowledge" for recognizing when a sound is great or not but this time the source might not be easy to find as it was in a podcast.

    tbh music is about feeling and all that s---, its all about person tastes but some people do know music more than others
