Not feeling this album that much. The whole funk/jazz vibe of the album does nothing for me.

Only 2 songs I like - Hood Politics & TBTB.. only real beats on the whole album...

Obviously Kendrick has decided to go in a certain direction, and many ppl will like it... its just not for me.

I don't think an artist is irrelevant when his album won best hip hop album of 2014 and would sell over 500k it's first week lol. If that's irrelevant than this album will be a lot more irrelevant. I don't even like Eminem either. You're digging yourself into a hole lol. Don't try and argue with me. That's what I specialized in on SL and now here.

irreverent to the album conversation. You bringing up Eminem is like if I brought up like Macklemore or Kanye West. They make different types of rap music.

10/10 production. The way those heavy as f--- drums just drift in over the piano/trumpets at the start. It sounds simple, but extremely well executed with a lot of detail in it. Best produced beat on the album but not my favourite.

(apparently it's not Dre Prod. but I still think it's f---ing amazing)

@Koolo was right, King Kunta sounds a lot better in the context of the album
