    it doesn't make sense. He should say 'im no immortal man' , not mortal.. or maybe I missed something?

    i just listened to it...it kinda like he is saying im no immortal man...but cant be sure

    i hear 'mortal' and in Genius lyrics it also says mortal... maybe he means that a n----- is not even considered a man, like a n----- means less to society or something?

    Yeah it seems like a contradiction, but I think about this:
    "A man's not dead while his name is still spoken". But maybe he and his songs/actions/life are wrong or don't matter, and he's just another n****.

    I don't think that he says it in a degrading way like @Rodamon, but he means that even if he's not a mortal man, he's still insignificant in the bigger picture.

    Pac is "immortal", many people still listen to his songs and everyone knows him, his views remain relevant, but still it doesn't matter because the general situation hasn't improved. Maybe Kendrick thinks that this will also happen to him, that he won't manage to make a difference I mean.
