    People are only saying this s--- because Rick Rubin was behind it and Lou Reed praised it. That's my theory on it. I'm not even dissing it. "Blood On The Leaves" is a Top-5 song in Ye's catalog. But the album just isn't perfect. It isn't. And I'm not understanding why people seem to cling to its nutsack so hard.

    "I am a God, so hurry up with my d--- massage. While inside a French restaurant, hurry up with my d--- croissants!"

    "Eatin' Asian p----. Al I need was sweet and sour sauce." f---ing genius, MIRITE?!!!?

    Compton is dope, Real is okay its the only flaw imo. MBDTF does have that terrible jay verse tho although its not Ye's fault

    yeah but the emotion Kanye portrays is immediately gone when Chris Rock comes in, the skit's funny af tho lmaooo but it just ruins the vibe y'know.

    "Guilt Trip" should have had a second verse. Still another one of my fave songs from him, too. I think Yeezus had the potential to be Ye's best. I will say that. But it fell short. And I guess people feel like the 8 out of 10 good tracks was all they really needed.

    I love the simplicity of it all, the production is great and the way his verses are woven into them are so good even bound 2.

    Guilt Trip is one of my favorite Ye songs but I see what you mean, he delivers one verse than Cudi sings one line throughout the rest, Ye could've done more tbh

    He was an open book on this record and wild as f---. Maybe that's why so many people here connect with that album . Because he was a reflection of how we wanted to live life to the fullest at the time.

    The inherent party animal side of me that I innately withhold and stealthily-possess appreciates him having no filter about how crazy and boundary-less his Pre-Marriage Life was in 2012 and 2013 on "Yeezus". That's another thing I commend him for. Without his Lexapro, he was vexing, bro.

    I prefer TPAB>MBDTF, they're both amazing and well crafted albums but I just prefer the spiritual message TPAB has over MBDTF, sure they both deal with similar subjects like consumerism, finding yourself and race but TPAB just does it so much better, call me a lame if you want to but the jazz and funk instrumentals coupled with Kendrick being at his lowest just relates with me a lot more tbh

    That being said, MBDTF has some of the most complex and amazing instrumentals in music, just the most elegant and well refined production I've heard
